What is the benefit of a personalised napkin vs a plain napkin?
Personalised napkins subtly transfer your information and branding throughout your customer experience. When would you recommend using cutlery sleeves?
There are four key Unique Selling Points that cutlery sleeves offer; speed of service, practicality for outside dining, hygiene and flexibility of print. If you need any one of these features to aid your business or branding then you should consider using these. The napkins are folded mechanically in a patented production technique; making them the most hygienic in the world and you can pre load your cutlery before settings; thus saving time. The printing is on the paper sleeve which gives huge scope for your branding. You can relay information about your opening hours; special offers; feedback forms; theme nights etc on the back. Just a few creative ideas our customers have come up with. If you have outside areas for people to eat or are operating from a mobile site, they will be more convenient for you and your customers. They can be handed out quickly or left on tables, safe in the knowledge that they won’t blow away.
How long do they take to be delivered?
Stock design cutlery sleeves can be with you the next day, branded napkins for events in 3-14 days depending on the volume and print type. Branded cutlery sleeves and napkins for ongoing use on larger volumes vary between 6-10 weeks depending on the time of year and demand.
What is the best way to send artwork and what if I don't have any?
Ideally, artwork should be sent in either an Adobe Illustrator file, a vectored or outlined PDF file, or an EPS file. If you know the pantone reference(s) for the colour(s), you should specify. Otherwise, you can choose from our pantone guide here. If you don’t have artwork, we can help you with the redraw, layout and set up for an additional charge.
